COVID-19 NOTICE

December 24 2020,

Volvo Cars Lakeridge has made many efforts to keep our employees and customers safe, as well as following Ontario’s state of emergency guidelines. As an essential service, we are here to assist you with all your vehicle needs. We have put the following measures and protocols in place to keep both our customers and employees safe:

  • Screening and temperature check done upon arrival before entry into the dealership
  • Mandatory mask wearing
  • Availability of hand sanitizer at multiple stations throughout the dealership
  • Cleaning and disinfecting common areas of the facility
  • Daily employee screening
  • Social distancing policy in place
  • Mandatory compliance of above steps.

Sales:

Our New and Pre-Owned Sales showrooms are now open by appointment only. Our Sales Consultants are available to answer any of your questions, and are able to guide you through your complete vehicle purchase. Although we are now able to offer in store consultations and test drives, you also have the option of purchasing your new Volvo or preowned vehicle completely online! Please arrive for your appointment with as few people as necessary. The following rules apply to test driving of vehicles:

  • The test drive is no longer than 10 minutes
  • A maximum of two people, including up to one salesperson may be present in the test drive
  • All windows must be open at all times if two people not from the same household are present during the test drive.

Service:

As our Service and Parts department remain open to complete any repairs and maintenance on your vehicle. All appointments must be booked prior to coming into the dealership.

Parts:

Parts are available to be purchased over the phone, and we have curbside pickup, or can ship directly to you via tracked courier. Please email parts@volvocarslakeridge.com or call 905-619-7173 for all your Volvo parts needs.
