When looking at electric vehicles, one of the most important considerations is charging time. When you buy a vehicle like the fully electric Volvo XC 40 Recharge or C40 Recharge, or you buy a plug-in hybrid vehicle like the Volvo XC60 Recharge or XC90 Recharge, you want to know that you are getting a vehicle that can charge quickly.
The good news is that Volvo Recharge models deliver on charging capability. They offer multiple options including quick charging that allow you to charge your XC40 Recharge or Volvo plug-in hybrid vehicle very quickly.
The Volvo XC40 Recharge and C40 Recharge offer quick charging capability which allow you to charge the battery to 90% in between 40 minutes and two hours depending on the fast charger you are using. The XC40 Recharge can charge at up to 150 kW. Charging at home requires between 8 and 10 hours for a fully electric Volvo.
