As the Detailer for Volvo Cars Lakeridge, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing all new and used cars for an exceptional delivery experience for our customers. Performing full detailing for customer cars and for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of all vehicles on our lot, ensuring that they are presented in top condition to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive detailing services including exterior washing, waxing, polishing, and interior cleaning to ensure each vehicle meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Utilize specialized products and equipment to maintain the aesthetic appeal of luxury vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly before detailing to identify areas that require special attention and report to team.
• Communicate effectively with service staff and management to ensure customer requirements and dealership standards are consistently met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety standards and protocols.
• Assist in managing inventory of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary tools are well-stocked and maintained.
• Window tinting, ppf and ceramic coating experience is an asset.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as tire inflation, and battery charging as needed.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including lot organization and customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a car detailer or similar work.
• Be a reliable team member, punctual and professional at all times.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
